Tug Toys with Jean Kilford

Today's meeting was a "hands on" one with Jean Kilford encouraging us all to produce "tug toys" for babies. She showed us some she had made earlier and that had been much loved by her grandchild.

 
We traced round her templates and set to work
 
 
The circular one was worked as a lion, a flower, the sun, and a soft cushion.
 


 
Work in progress on the sea horse.
 

 
 The hedgehog was also adapted into a dinosaur
 


 
Finished items, as all ours will be by the time of the next meeting (9th June)!
